This was my first election I was able to vote!
Even though Utah was already locked in for Romney and wether I voted or not really wouldn't have made a difference. BUT I still got to place my vote and feel like I was a part of something.
As I drove away I couldn't help but think
"I made a difference today"
As simple as it was to go vote how many other 'simple' things could I do in a day to make a difference? The possibilities are endless, from a smile, to taking out the trash all things can make a difference. Which leads me to my new goal:
I choose to make a difference every day.

This past weekend I ran in the Halloween Half Marathon! All fall I have been training with Alli. We would go running three or four times a week down the canyon, it was so gorgeous!
All to prepare for this crazy event.
We had to be up at 5am. Yes 5am. To then sit up in a tent for two hours at Sundance. It was verrrrry early. And not to mention FREEZING.

The Halloween Half is the most popular half marathon in all of Utah. Everyone dresses up, some go all out and some don't dress up at all. But it was very entertaining to see how crazy some people got! I don't know how they were running in full on masks! Me and Alli went for the Sketchy Devil idea.
[as pictured above]

The first half was so fun and adrenalin was pumping and it felt so good! BUT towards the end... Oh my gosh I wanted to die! All my muscles were cramping and felt so tight. But there was no way I was going to stop! Knowing I had all my loved ones down at the finish line waiting for me was more than enough to keep me going.
[Me and Alli coming in at the end]

[Best fans around! These two crazies]
Chase was a fan of the back side. Which was really everyones favorite part to see as we ran by. :)
So glad I was able to train and run my first half marathon with Alli. All the extra time I got to spend with her made it all worth it. We also got to share the fun day with Cami too. She started with us and then left as wayyyy behind. haha
Here is this little beauty my mom captured of how energized I was after it was all done, If you couldn't tell.

As of right now I'm so sore, I can barley walk,  I don't think I want to run another one. But give me a week or so and I'm sure I'll be training for my next one!
Cross that off the list.

Mrs. Adams... WHAT?!

"Hey Julia we are going to go on a drive up the canyon with
Scott and Abby to take pictures for a class assignment..."
 Oh and one other thing...
Will You Marry Me?
Thanks to these fools for helping make this the
best surprise of my life.
And especially Alli for all the great pictures she captured!
Couldn't be more excited to start this next Chapter of my life!

Jazz Leap Day.

What a better way to celebrate leap day than
sitting in box seats @ the Jazz game?
Beats me!
Chase's favorite part? Free food!
Jazz won!

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.

Sometimes you have to go buy 150
doughnuts for FHE.
We all have to agree that the best part is
watching the doughnut machine.
Marianne couldn't agree more.
Happiest Day of Bethany's life!

Sunday Funday.

For some reason mother nature thinks it's okay to snow only on Sundays. Which gives us that much more reason of why we don't want to get all dolled up because it's going to be cold. So sometimes you have to just throw on leggings, put on a scarf and cover up with a jacket and run out the door.

We LOVE the snow.

Valentines Lovin.

I've never been that girl who has that special boy on Valentines. But this year was very different. Good thing I worked all day and had to deal with the craze of Sweet Tooth Fairy.
So i had to wait to see Chasey.
Coming home to this though... made it all worth the wait.
Lets just say he's pretty creative and knows how to give his girl a good surprise.
But don't worry that wasn't all he had in store.
We both have a deep love for nail art. [weird? only kinda]
He came up with his heart design that he wanted to paint for me.
He's adorable.
Valentines was a success.
Like this boy.

Stephanie's Wedding Weekend

Londoners unite!
I can't believe its been two months since I've been home!
We talked about Steph's wedding the whole time we were there.
It's crazy its here, happening, and done.
Friday night we went out to dinner on the strip.
I miss the city life. I love the night life.
Doing what we do best while we wait for them to come out.
Pictures! Honestly probably the first time I've taken pictures since I've been back from London.
She looked BEAUTIFUL!
Half time. Soaking up the sun in Laurels backyard!
Probably my favorite picture of all time.
This was hands down the most gorgeous
reception I've ever seen!
Missing our boys!
Perfect ending to such a fun weekend!
